IP security means only one thing at SVTC: Customers own and control their IP during and beyond the business relationship with SVTC.

SVTC recognizes the strategic value of customer information and ensures its protection through programs such as the SVTC Recipe Security System (RSS), an integrated software solution that protects customer-owned proprietary recipes and enables the customer's long-term success.

The SVTC IP policy is part of employee training, the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and the contract. All on-site workers are trained to follow SVTC's Confidential & Secure Program, which includes information about NDAs and controls in the company's different businesses. Additionally, contract terms are reviewed with key members of the customer support team.

At a physical level, cubicles – as well as the network – are segregated. The SVTC fab environment ensures customer confidentiality along with the availability of SVTC services and best practices.
