SVTC Technologies’ Services are centered around a full-scale 8-inch process development foundry, which operates 24x7. These services include:

  • Access to an independent, ProcessDevelopment Foundry - Customers can leverage a 20,000 square-foot Class 1 to Class 10 cleanroom facility, a full process line of rigorously supported 8-inch tools and a variety of processing capabilities. These include:
    • Photo Lithography, ranging from 193nm to 365nm
    • Dry Etch
    • Wet Etch/Clean
    • Diffusion
    • CMP
    • Metrology
    • Failure Analysis
    • Implantation - Low Medium and High Dose
  • Development Support Tools and Services
    • At the core our Development Support Tools is the SVTC Process Library, a proven collection of over 500 formulae for over 50 process tools. The process recipes are documented and can be monitored with Statistical Process Control Techniques.
    • SVTC provides Advanced Engineering Services for specialized materials, process or integration requirements.
    • SVTC offers Product Realization Services including Failure Analysis, In-line Metrology and eTesting Services
    • Other services range from reticle tapeout to CMOS Wafer Process Integration services
  • SVTC's Commercialization Services anticipate the challenges of transferring technology into a full-scale production environment. These services leverage the experience of our process engineers to expedite Time-to-Revenue while managing rework and other associated costs. Partners may choose their own manufacturing partners or leverage SVTC's Foundry Partner relationships.

  • Resident Development Partner - Your engineering staff has hands-on access to over 50 SVTC process tools
  • Process Development Partner - SVTC technicians and engineers run processes according to your specifications
