SVTC maintains two state-of-the-art 8-inch (200 mm) development foundries operating 24x7, capable of full-flow CMOS fabrication and MEMS fabrication. In addition, the two facilities host 12-inch (300 mm) equipment capable of advanced lithography and Cu BEOL. At SVTC's facilities, customers can develop and commercialize their novel silicon ideas in an IP-secure environment.
