Feedback - SVTC believes in on-going, clear communication of company objectives, performance expectations and feedback on actual performance. It is important for you to know what your manager expects of you, and understand how your work relates to the Company's strategic and tactical objectives.  Your manager will provide formal written feedback at least once a year.

Bonuses - It is part of our comp philosophy for employees to share in the successes they help deliver.  Therefore most employees are eligible for a profit sharing program, with potential bi-annual payouts based on company performance.

Recognition - Our Employee Recognition program recognizes exceptional contributions to the success of SVTC each quarter.

PTO and Professional Scheduling - Generous PTO accruals for vacations, sick days and holidays are available to non-exempt employees.  Exempt employees use our Professional Scheduling practice, which recognizes the professional nature of an exempt position.  It allows flexibility for you and your manager to schedule your time in a way that both ensures the work gets done and that you get the time away from work needed to refresh, spend time with family and friends, take care of personal business, or care for your incidental illness.

Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Benefits - SVTC provides major medical, dental, optional life, and dependent life for employees and their families, with the company paying a significant portion of the premium.  Basic life and disability insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program are company-paid benefits.

Flexible Spending Accounts - Flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care are also available at SVTC.  These accounts help employees set aside pre-tax dollars to pay covered medical and dependent care expenses.

401(k) - SVTC offers a 401(k) plan where employees are able to contribute up to 75% of their wages. Employees over the age of 50 can contribute up to $5,000 more.

On-site Exercise Center - Both sites provide a variety of equipment.
